~ I'd just stirred from a 17hr jet lag crash and went for my first stroll in Lisboa, Portugal. The light in Portugal has a fresh starkness with a mysterious under layer of ancient mariners.
I began my usual meandering the streets in order to get lost, and then find my way back... just to get the lay of the land so to speak. When I encountered the first cross street, I realized Lisboa's signage would be of no use for navigating a lost traveler.  Lisboa, Portugal |
